Right now our planet is anything but balanced.

You are now able to buy bulk food, cleaning products and personal hygiene items to take away in your own containers helping to prevent waste from destroying our planet.

The seas and oceans are full of single use plastic that will take hundreds of years to break down and land fill sites are at bursting point.

Even our own coastline and marine life around the U.K. is in danger.

I am fortunate enough to live here in Swansea, close to the beautiful Gower beaches and coves.

I want to encourage the residents of Swansea and the surrounding area, both young and old, to move away from single use plastic and any other unnecessary packaging when shopping.

By supporting balance you are helping to create a better planet, not just for our benefit but for our children and theirs as well as the marine and wildlife whose homes and habitat we are destroying.
